Biography

Aggregate Professor at the Institute of Communication, Information and Perception Tecnologies (TeCIP) at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. He is the Director of the Perceptual Robotics Laboratory (PERCRO). Dr. Avizzano’s research activities have been performed within EU research framework in cooperation with international partnerships. Dr Avizzano’s most relevant themes of research focus on Robotic, Virtual Reality and Telepresence systems. He is author and coauthor of several publications on prestigious national and international journals.
