Biography

Full Professor of Criminal Law at the at the Dirpolis Institute at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa, he has been Visiting Researcher and Fellow of the Max-Plank-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Strafrecht in Freiburg, Germany, and Visiting Professor at the University of Hamburg. Prof. di Martino has also been appointed as a member of Italian delegations to the OECD Working Group of Bribery in International Business Transactions (2006-2007); furthermore, he has been member of several Commissions (GC) at the Italian Ministry of Justice.
