The EURA Centre of Excellence is pleased to announce its 4th Workshop, which will take place online  on September 25,  h. 10.00-12.00. In this occasion, Nathalie A. Smuha – researcher at the Department of International and European Law of the University of Leuven – will discuss her working paper “The European Strategy for AI against a background of (Global) Regulatory Competition”, where she assesses the feasibility and opportunity of regulatory competition and regulatory convergence as strategies in the legal regulation of AI.

The webinar will consist of 1 hour of presentation, and 1 hour for Q&A and discussion with the audience.
